Process characteristics:
-Air compression: Axial flow+centrifugal composite compressors are commonly used, accounting for about 60% of energy consumption
-Pre cooling and purification: Molecular sieve adsorption of CO ₂/H ₂ O (dew point ≤ -70 ℃)
-Double tower distillation:
-Lower tower: Production of liquid nitrogen (99.99%) and oxygen enriched liquid air (35-40% O ₂)
-Upper tower: 99.6% oxygen is produced, and the argon fraction extraction port is located in the distillation section
-Argon system: crude argon tower+refined argon tower, final purity ≥ 99.999%
