1.1Large production capacity and output

Our main factory covers an area of 90,000m3. We produce pressure vessels ranging from small dewar flasks to big air separation plant. Plus, we also manufacture dry ice machines, dry ice blasting machines, vaporizers, cryogenic liquid pumps, etc. More than 1000 storage tanks and 18 sets of air separation plant were made in 2019 in our factory. The output of air separation plant produced by us is up to 60,000Nm3/h. Supported by our advanced technology, we can produce 1,000m3 LPG tank or cryogenic storage tank. With our built-in private wharf, such large sized tank can be delivered to Shanghai port by river. Our dewar flasks factory produced about 10,000 pcs dewars in 2019, ranking No.1 in China.

Our large cryogenic liquid storage tank project was listed into national key scientific and technological projects. With a strong production capacity, we are able to handle urgent orders, as well as orders for high-end customers, such as satellite launch project.

1.2 Advanced production facility and up-to-date technology:

To improve our design capability, we maintain technical cooperation with Air Product, Linde, Praxair, etc. and benefit a lot from it. We have our own technical research centers and the company has more than 400 registered engineers.

We have a standard digital management system and modern processing equipment. Advanced digital underwater plasma cutting machine, automatic TIG welding machine, and aluminum alloy internal-external combination longitudinal-circumferential welding system help us to improve efficiency and quality of our products.

1.3 Complete testing and quality assurance system

We implement strict quality control and have passed ISO9001 certification and military quality system certification. As an ASME qualified manufacturer, we can have our pressure vessels ASME and CE approved.

Product quality has our prior attention. Therefore, quality control department is very important in the entire structure of our company. In raw material testing and production process, we are even stricter than Chinese national standards. We adopt visual, NDT, chemical-physical and pressure testing methods in the detection. Every welding seam undergoes rigorous inspection test, and the vacuum degree surpasses that of most competitor products.

Our test center has several world-leading detection devices: helium mass spectrometer lead detector, impact testing machine, tensile testing machine, nondestructive testing equipment, metallographic analyzer, etc.

1.4 Scientific management:

Our workshop practices 5S management. Timely detection and immediate solution of problems are required in our workshop.

1.5 Cost-saving sourcing of raw materials and spare parts:

As a top brand in the market, we have been in partnership with many first class factories of steels, stainless steels, instruments, valves and pipes. In order to reduce cost and assure quality, we directly buy raw material from manufacturers. All the raw materials have their manufacturer’s warranty. Plus, double checks shall be conducted upon arrival of raw material to ensure that they conform to our requirement. By doing this, we guarantee both the best price and the finest workmanship.

1.6 Sound packaging and timely delivery:

We make different packing according to different product characteristics. Wrapped bags and wooden boxes are usually used for dust-proof, waterproof and shock-proof purposes, ensuring that every equipment remains in perfect condition after arriving at customer’s site.

In terms of logistics, we have a large warehouse and a unique private-owned wharf in the workshop. We can deliver up to 1000m3 storage tank or 60000Nm3/h ASU oversized cargos directly from our workshop to Shanghai port by river. There are also several highways near our factory for road transport. Only 200km from Shanghai airport and 80km from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, it’s also very convenient for customers to visit our factory.
