02 Gear pump
Features of gear pump:

03 Vane pump
Vane pump features: output flow is more uniform than gear pump, stable operation, low noise; high working pressure, high volumetric efficiency, single-acting vane pump is easy to achieve flow adjustment, double-acting vane pump due to the radial hydraulic pressure on the rotor is balanced, use Long service life; but the vane pump has poor self-priming ability, is more sensitive to oil pollution, the vane is easily stuck by impurities, and the working reliability is poor; the structure is complex, the production accuracy is high, and the cost is high.

04 Rotary vane vacuum pump
Working characteristics of rotary vane vacuum pump: small size, light weight, low noise; equipped with gas ballast valve, which can remove a small amount of water vapor; in the range of ambient temperature from 5 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius, the inlet pressure is less than 1.3X103 Pa Long-term continuous operation is allowed under certain conditions. When the relative humidity of the pumped gas is greater than 90%, the gas ballast valve should be opened; there is an automatic anti-return oil check valve, which is convenient to start; the air inlet should not run continuously for more than one minute. ; It is not suitable for pumping out gases that corrode metals, chemically react to pump oil, contain particulate dust, and contain excessively oxygenated, explosive and toxic gases.
